“I’m not a creative person”
You might have heard people say this quite often.
But these people might not know that every child is born creative.
Unfortunately, because of our systems, surroundings, or upbringing, children lose their creativity as they transition through life and into adulthood.
Don’t teach designers. It’s a waste of your time.
It’s a waste when you try to teach the wrong people.
You have to have a set criterion before you agree to spend 1 on 1 time to mentor or train someone.
I would like to share a short story that drastically improved my design capabilities.
